Organized by Okud Istra, 7th Pula Guitar Fest was held in Pula from 18th to 19th of May 2019. The competition was held in eight categories, ie six solo categories and two categories of chamber music for elementary and high school. There were about 200 contestants from Croatia and Slovenia, mentors and masterclass guitar participants.

The entire competition was held at the Faculty of Economics and Tourism Dr. Mijo Mirkovic, and the soloist concert of the guitarist Natana Zlodra and the division of the cups, diplomas and the prize of sponsors (Euro-Unit and Savarez), was held on Saturday 18th of May at the European Center for Peace and Development of the UN, the division of the cups. Diplomas and sponsorship prizes to the winners were awarded after the last category on Sunday, May 19th 2019.

The contestants were rated by renowned guitar professors: Antonio Rumenovic, Vladimir Brzovic, Tamara Perc, Hrvoje Ton, Zrinko Juric-Civro, Moreno Vincekovic, Ante Radnic, Sladjana Colovic, Danko Jukic, Vladimir Simunov, Tamara Katanica and Hrvoje Hleb.

In addition to the competition, masterclasss led by Sladjana Colovic and Antonio Rumenovic were held in parallel. Euro-Unit and Savarez have been the main musical partners of the festival.
