The Varaždin School of Music for the third year in a row organizes international competition “Varaždin Woodwind & Brass”. The competition is held from 23 to 31 March 2017 and is hosting 525 musicians from 12 countries, who will compete for the best titles in different disciplines. At this year’s competition, Euro-Unit is once again main sponsor and reliable partner. As Euro-Unit lives and breeds music, so we’re always pleased when we can help raising musical awareness to all generations of musicians.

And this year also we have provided fantastic prizes for the competitors, thanks to our longtime partner Yamaha. This three special prizes are: trumpet Yamaha YTR-2330 (category A or B, discipline trumpet), clarinet Yamaha YCL-255 (category A or B, discipline clarinet) and flute Yamaha YFL-272 (category A or B, discipline flute). We believe that the instruments provided to all awarded musicians will raise their self-esteem and quality of their music performances. All lovers of trumpet, saxophone, trombone, tube, oboe, bassoon, … are welcome to the “Varaždin International Woodwind & Brass Competition”.
