More Yamaha news for 2017.

As we reported earlier, the new Yamaha slogan for 2017 that was used at the Musikmesse 2017 is “Sharing the Passion & Performance”. Yamaha’s passion and desire for building better instruments was the driving force at this year’s fair in Frankfurt, to present new instruments and new models from their well-known line of products. From this year’s fair, we sure need to mention some other novelties that impressed us. The new PSR keyboard models (PSR-E236, PSR-E363 and PSR-EW300) are designed to give beginners everything they need to start and continue on their musical journey. Yamaha also introduced all-in-one mini drum kit, model DD-75 that will satisfy beginners as well as experienced drummers. DD-75 is a digital drum kit with eight touch-sensitive pads and two foot pedals. You can play it with drum sticks or you can use your hands, it’s up to you. And if you want there is the possibility to connect this drum kit to an mp3 player for playing along with your favorite music, so there is no limitation for your creative skills. Speaking of drums, Yamaha Drums celebrate the 50th anniversary, so this year they will present two sets of drums (Birdseye Maple Amber Sunburst and Curly Maple Antique Natural), but in strictly limited edition. The Rydeen kit (Japanese for “God of Thunder”) is also something new by Yamaha Drums. The series comes in 20″ and 22″ shell size configurations and it will be available in six different colors. This year Yamaha celebrates another anniversary, the 20th anniversary of one of its most unique string instruments “Silent Violin”. The latest and newly designed YSV models (YSV-104RD, YSV-104BR, YSV-104BL) will be significantly lighter than the previous models and will use more advanced technology for an improved aural experience. There is also news in the trumpet section. A new option has been added to the second generation of Xeno Artist Model “New York Series” giving players the opportunity to choose between the YS bell and the YM bell. New Pacifica electric guitar model PAC611VFMX is also expected in different colors and Yamaha A-Series acoustic guitar will be enriched by two new models: AC5RVN and A5MVN. Once again Yamaha has met our expectations and we are pleased that we will be able to offer all novelties soon to our customers.
